RACE signed a MOU with AB Trucks Private Limited towards establishing a professional dealership for Original Equipment Manufacturers in India to cater medium and heavy commercial vehicles.
Chennai, India – January 20, 2012 — RACE Innovations, an emerging leader in consulting, project management & engineering services has signed an agreement with AB Trucks Private Limited for setting up a professional dealership for Original Equipment Manufacturers in India. This dealership targets the commercial vehicles segment exclusively.
The professional dealership for Original Equipment Manufacturers will be a one-stop for servicing and maintenance of all medium and heavy commercial vehicles. RACE BOM (Build Operate Maintain) team will indulge in setting up an AMW dealership in Chennai & Vellore. RACE will initially build the dealership, thereon operate and maintain the dealership on behalf of AB Trucks Private Limited. RACE team will also assist AB Trucks in setting up a Professional Consultant Driver Training Academy.
